Studios own their monsters and writers own their words. My guides and screenshots from my own runs are mine. When claims collide, this page sets the process.
How to file
Send one message to info@nunchakugames.com marked DMCA with these four lines:
- The page here, with its post title.
- Your original outside this site.
- Your name plus proof you own it.
- One line stating the notice is honest.
What happens next
Proven copies leave the same day with a dated note. Denied claims stay filed with reasons. Answer with papers and the post returns.
Counter-notices
Think the removal missed? Answer the same message with the license in simple terms. Fair posts return fast. Silence closes the case after thirty days.
How fast it moves
Complaints land and reading starts the same hour. Weekends slow nothing here.
Fair use stays
Quoted lines with credit stay up, and guide screenshots stay with them. Dated criticism stays loudest of all. Only copies trigger removals.
Who can file
Owners and their counsel can file, and guildmates can forward with written permission attached. Anyone else should ask the owner to file directly.
