Violet Palmer runs this site. This page states what I keep on visitors. In brief: I keep mail, I count visits without names, and I delete on request fast.
Who keeps your mail
I do, alone. The inbox lives on one machine and nobody else holds the keys.
What mail includes
Names with words as written, plus screenshots when numbers need backing. I do not ask for anything else, and anything extra gets deleted after the reply.
Visit counts without names
Pages opened and minutes spent, with no name attached. Counts shape the posting plan. They cannot identify anyone.
Cookies
Two small ones: a closed-notice flag and a filter mark. Clear them in your browser settings any time. Posts read the same either way.
How long data stays
Mail rests until the case closes, then joins the archive. Backups roll monthly. I keep nothing longer than its purpose.
Delete your data
Write to info@nunchakugames.com with the subject Delete my data. Confirmations leave in writing inside the week.
Kids
No posts target young readers. No data knowingly collects from anyone under sixteen. Anything found gets wiped on sight.
Changes to these rules
Rule changes print here first with fresh dates. Big changes wait thirty days before they bite. Continuing to visit means accepting the current page.
